Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Khadak Singh Da Dhaba Restaurant HSR Layout Bangalore
Reports To: Owner
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Control inventory, stock, and food costs
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Prepare daily sales reports and manage expenses
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Required Skills -
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office)
- Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in casual dining or fine dining preferred
