Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Khadak Singh Da Dhaba Restaurant HSR Layout Bangalore

Reports To: Owner

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and schedule staff members
• Monitor food quality and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Control inventory, stock, and food costs
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage expenses
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office)
• Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management
• Experience in casual dining or fine dining preferred
