Job Description
- Sales & Customer ServiceGreet customers and assist them in selecting products
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage (ghee, oils, spices, etc.)
- Maintain a friendly and professional approach with all customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue
- Billing & Cash HandlingGenerate accurate bills using billing software
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily transaction records
- Ensure proper invoicing and receipt management
- Reconcile cash at the end of the day
- Store OperationsMaintain cleanliness and proper display of products
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for restocking
- Assist in labeling, packaging, and organizing inventory
- Ensure pricing and product details are updated correctly
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel preferred)
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Strong customer handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
- Honest, responsible, and team-oriented
