Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who can convert walk-in clients into members and drive revenue through membership sales and personal training (PT) upselling.
This role is for someone who is target-driven, confident, and excellent at closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries into paid memberships
- Give gym tours and confidently explain services & pricing
- Upsell personal training packages and premium plans
- Follow up with leads daily (calls, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain lead data and track conversions
- Ensure high member satisfaction and drive renewals
- Support local marketing activities (referrals, nearby outreach)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / gym sales / retail sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Comfortable with follow-ups and handling objections
- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM is a plus
- Kannada / English / Hindi speaking preferred
