Senior Billing Executive

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing all billing-related activities, including handling purchase orders, invoices, credit and debit notes, payment updates, and stock reconciliation. The role ensures accurate financial documentation, timely processing of transactions, and coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase & Sales Documentation:

Generate and verify Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Prepare and issue accurate Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.

Ensure proper documentation and filing for all financial transactions.

Payment Management:

Update and track customer payments. Coordinate with accounts for pending payments and follow-ups. Maintain records of payments received and reconcile with invoices.

Stock & Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile physical stock with billing records to identify discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate stock updates. Maintain regular stock reports for management review.

Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing and stock reports. Liaise with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve billing or stock issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.
