- Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation across time zones.
Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows, macOS, and company applications.
Provision and de-provision user accounts, devices, and system access.
Manage IT asset inventory (hardware tracking, serial numbers, lifecycle management).
Configure and maintain laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and related hardware.
Administer email systems and SaaS tools
Manage endpoint security compliance (Jamf, DLP, encryption, password policies)
Support backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery processes
Maintain IT documentation (SOPs, network diagrams, knowledge base)
Ensure adherence to security best practices (HIPAA, NIST guidelines)
Mentor junior IT support staff and follow ITIL best practices

Linux exposure (basic command-line familiarity)
Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox)
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
Networking fundamentals (VPN, TCP/IP, routers/switches)
Healthcare / HIPAA environment exposure.
