Showroom Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to manage walk-in clients, demonstrate fitness equipment, and drive sales at our showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, home gyms, strength machines, etc.).

• Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits effectively.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display standards, and product arrangement.

• Generate and follow up on leads from inquiries, calls, and walk-ins.

• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for stock availability and delivery schedules.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

• Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat business.

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

🎯 Requirements:

• 0–3 years of retail or showroom sales experience (fitness industry preferred)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Billing software)
