Role SummaryWe’re looking for a polished, target-driven Front Office Sales Manager for a premium laundry store. The role combines front-desk customer handling, telecalling/follow-ups, and upselling memberships/value-added services, while maintaining basic customer and sales metrics to improve conversions and repeat business.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end front desk operations: customer greetings, order intake, tagging, billing, and delivery coordination.
  • Conduct telecalling to:
  • Follow up on inquiries/leads and missed visits
  • Remind customers about pickups/deliveries
  • Reactivate inactive customers and drive repeat orders
  • Upsell and cross-sell: premium packaging, express service, stain removal, ironing, subscription/membership plans, add-on services.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a premium service experience.
  • Maintain and track basic metrics such as:
  • Daily orders, average bill value, conversions from calls, repeat rate, customer feedback/complaints
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports and share insights to improve store performance.
  • Coordinate with production/delivery team to ensure service timelines and quality standards.
