Job Description
Job Title: Operations & Technical Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operations & Technical Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, and smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure. The role involves ensuring uptime, resolving technical issues, and supporting field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation and commissioning of EV charging stations (AC & DC)
- Monitor charger performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
- Coordinate with vendors, service teams, and internal departments
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of charging stations
- Support software/platform integration and basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain technical documentation and service reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or technical support (EV/energy sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with EV chargers, OCPP, and networking basics is a plus
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field support
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
