Job Title: Telesales Executive (Qurbani Campaign – Short Term Role)

Location: Office

Duration: Short-term (Campaign-based) – Extension based on performance and business requirements

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to support our Qurbani campaign. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our Qurbani services, and driving bookings through calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to potential customers and leads

Explain Qurbani service offerings clearly and confidently

Handle customer queries and objections effectively

Convert leads into confirmed bookings

Follow up with interested customers via calls/WhatsApp

Maintain proper records of calls and conversions

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + Urdu)

Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of Qurbani services (training will be provided)

Compensation:

Fixed pay + attractive incentives based on performance

Note:

This is a short-term, campaign-based role for the Qurbani season. High-performing candidates may be considered for extension or future opportunities based on business needs.
