Assistant Manager-KDNI

Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for the Assistant Manager position in the Canada Ops team. Working as Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:
•Supporting leadership team in pursuits, resource management and other quality / reporting initiatives across service line•Work closely with SL COO to support in day to day operations and planning exercises•Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of COO functions•Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development•Work closely with business teams in implementing new ideas and standardizing process before development•Build connections within and across teams to meet project milestones and other strategic initiatives•Project management•Awareness and actively manage and update the resource management work/task and ensure proper scheduling of work.•Efficient use of technology and systems–Resource management tools and Reports.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities.•Work experience
•Minimum 8+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leadersMandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong tax communication skills•Power point and Excel proficiency•Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment•Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged•Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau would be an added advantagePreferred technical & functional skills
•Able to adapt quickly to use new technologies.•Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and to work proactively with minimal instruction.•Prioritization and time management skills.Key behavioral attributes/requirements
