Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for the Assistant Manager position in the Canada Ops team. Working as Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting leadership team in pursuits, resource management and other quality / reporting initiatives across service lineWork closely with SL COO to support in day to day operations and planning exercisesCoordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of COO functionsContributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice developmentWork closely with business teams in implementing new ideas and standardizing process before developmentBuild connections within and across teams to meet project milestones and other strategic initiativesProject managementAwareness and actively manage and update the resource management work/task and ensure proper scheduling of work.Efficient use of technology and systems–Resource management tools and Reports.

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities.

Work experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Strong tax communication skillsPower point and Excel proficiencyHandle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environmentMust be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challengedProficiency in Power BI / Tableau would be an added advantage 

Preferred technical & functional skills

Able to adapt quickly to use new technologies.Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and to work proactively with minimal instruction.Prioritization and time management skills.
