Design Digital Transformation Roadmap: Responsible for creating a clear and strategic Digital Transformation vision that aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations. Identify Process Bottlenecks and analyze Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed transformation vision and identify any capability gaps that may need to be addressed to achieve the desired outcomes. Design Business Requirement Gathering Documents: Create Solution Blueprints for RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI Solutions. Stakeholder Management: Present the transformation journey to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring they understand the strategy, benefits, and implementation roadmap.
