Job Description & Summary: 

Experienced SAP PS Senior Associates with strong experience in SAP Project System implementation across multiple projects, including configuration, integration, and solution design. 

Responsibilities: 

• Configure and implement SAP PS objects such as WBS, Networks, Activities, Cost Planning, and Budgeting. 

• Gather requirements and create functional specifications for PS-related RICEFW developments. 

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM modules. 

• Lead project workshops, solution design discussions, and coordinate with functional & technical teams. 

• Perform testing, UAT support, end-user training, and provide issue resolution during project lifecycle. 

• Support project monitoring, reporting, enhancements, and ongoing process improvements. 

Mandatory Skill Sets: 

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PS configuration (WBS, Networks, Milestones, Budgeting, Cost Planning). 

• Experience in integrating PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM modules. 

• Ability to prepare functional specs and work with technical teams on RICEFW. 

• Good understanding of project budgeting, cost controlling, and settlement processes. 

• Experience in testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support. 

• Strong communication skills to lead client discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Skill Sets: 

SAP PS/PPM, FI-CO knowledge, S/4HANA implementation experience.

4–8 years

BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA
