Job Description & Summary: 

In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall deployment process. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle. 

Responsibilities: 

 

• HR Quality Analyst experience, Workday (Core HR / Payroll) testing or Dayforce (WFM / HR / Payroll) testing, Business Process testing, Test consulting, Test management, Security testing, Integrations and end-to-end (E2E) testing, Accessibility testing, Business analysis, Workday Extend, Workday Integrations 

• Good to have: Automation testing experience using C# or Python. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• HR Quality Analyst experience, Workday (Core HR / Payroll) testing or Dayforce (WFM / HR / Payroll) testing, Business Process testing, Test consulting, Test management, Security testing, Integrations and end-to-end (E2E) testing, Accessibility testing, Business analysis, Workday Extend, Workday Integrations 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Good to have: Automation testing experience using C# or Python. 

 

Years of experience required: 

Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR domain testing or configuration. 

 

Education qualification: 

• BE/B.TECH/MCA or equivalent
