Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role is committed to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and thoughtfully develops effective solutions by leveraging comprehensive understanding of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
- Ability to manage user access, security policies, and compliance within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
