Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges that arise during project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements within projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules specific to retail operations.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP environments to maintain system stability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
