Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for TBV across our service verticals (AI solutions, digital transformation, training programs, and consulting). The role requires a mix of lead generation, client relationship management and closure capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Understand client requirements and align TBV offerings accordingly
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and delivery
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting (CRM/Excel)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Key Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) — essential for client interaction and deal closure
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently
• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
• Basic understanding of tech/AI/digital services (preferred)
• Self-driven, proactive and result-oriented
