Job Description
Muthoot Aurum, a group company of Muthoot Finance requires area manager based at their Chennai Zonal Office.
The candidate should be able to generate business from the branches of Muthoot Finance across the Tamilnadu north region. He should be well versed in cross selling investment products like gold coins and bars.
He should have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. He should be able to convince branch staff and motivate them to sell gold products.
The candidate should be willing to travel across the branches and promote gold coin sales.
He is expected to have good interpersonal skills, initiative and drive to achieve sales targets.
He should have hands on experience in managing a sales team.
