Business Development Executive / Manager – Fleet Solutions

(FASTag, Fuel & Motor Insurance)

Role Overview

Liqui-Connect Fintech Solutions is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to drive sales and collections across our Fleet Solutions portfolio — including FASTag, Fuel Cards, and Motor Insurance. The role focuses on onboarding fleet operators and transporters, managing relationships, and expanding Liqui-Connect’s footprint across the logistics and commercial vehicle ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities·      

 Identify, pitch, and onboard fleet operators, logistics firms, and transport companies for Liqui-Connect’s suite of FASTag, Fuel, and Motor Insurance solutions.

·       Drive sales growth, renewals, and timely collections across all product lines.

·       Develop and manage partnerships with fuel station networks and insurance providers to deliver integrated fleet offerings.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, collection, and profitability targets.

·       Maintain accurate customer databases, analyze consumption patterns, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for KYC, onboarding, and payment processing.

·       Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business clusters.

·       Ensure superior customer satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications·       

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

·       2–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in one or more of the following sectors:

·         - Tyres / Automotive consumables

·         - Banking / FASTag / Payment solutions

·         - Motor Insurance / Fleet Insurance Sales

·         - Fuel / Lubricants / FMCG distribution

·       Strong understanding of fleet operations, transport business, and commercial vehicle ecosystems.

·       Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage B2B client relationships.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.


Compensation₹3.5 – ₹6.0 LPA (based on experience and performance) + Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards.
