Key Responsibilities

• Installation and setup of company machines at customer locations

• Preventive maintenance and servicing of machines

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues

• Attending service calls and resolving technical problems

• Preparing service reports after customer visits

• Coordinating with the internal technical support team

• Providing basic machine operation guidance to customers


Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • ITI / Diploma / 12th with technical knowledge
  • Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred

Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years in field service/machine installation/electronics repair

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics or computer hardware
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication with customers


Additional Requirement

• Willingness to travel for service assignments across India

• Ability to work independently at customer sites
