Field Service Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-tech XRF machines at client locations, ensuring timely service and excellent customer support.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

"Installation and commissioning of XRF spectrometers and related instruments"

• Performing preventive maintenance and attending breakdown calls
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site
• Coordinating with internal teams for service updates and escalations
• Preparing service reports and customer feedback documentation
• Providing technical training and demos to end-users if required

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in field service/Installations of hardware machines

Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge in electronics/computer hardware/instruments
• Familiar with troubleshooting methods & service protocols

"Willing to travel 12–15 days/month (Pan India)"
