Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
Explain project details and generate customer interest
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
Coordinate with sales team for closures
Provide accurate information about properties and pricing
Required Skills:
Good communication (Tamil)
Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
Ability to handle customer queries effectively
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
