Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads through calls and follow-ups
- Explain company products/services to customers clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
- Update customer details in CRM/software
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Any Degree
- Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Freshers can apply (Experience in sales/BPO is an added advantage)
- Immediate joiners preferred
