Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for handling day-to-day office administration, operational coordination, and WhatsApp-based client communication to support business operations efficiently.

KRA: Task / Activities :

  • Office Administration & OperationsManage daily office administrative tasksMaintain invoices, records, and documentationCoordinate with suppliers and internal teamsHandle operational follow-ups
  • WhatsApp Marketing & Client CoordinationSend WhatsApp broadcasts to customersShare product Catalogues and gift options (training provided)Respond to basic client inquiriesMaintain customer database in Excel
  • Digital & Documentation WorkPrepare and maintain Excel sheetsDraft and send emailsManage files using Google DriveCreate and edit basic PDFsUse Chat GPT for drafting messages and product descriptions 

KPI: Performance Metrics:

  • Timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Accuracy in documentation & records
  • Response time to customer inquiries
  • Whats App campaign execution efficiency
  • Database maintenance accuracy 

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit) Required Skills & Preferred skills:

  • Basic MS Excel knowledge
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business Email drafting skills
  • Familiar with Google Drive
  • Basic understanding of ChatGPT / AI tools 
  • Prior admin/back-office experience
  • Good typing speed Basic handling
