Job Description – Telecaller

We are looking for Telecallers to join our team in Chennai.

This is a customer interaction role.

The telecaller will be the first point of contact for potential customers.

The role requires clear communication, accuracy, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data.
• Identify customer requirements and understand issues clearly.
• Collect and record accurate customer details.
• Explain company services clearly and correctly.
• Handle basic customer queries related to services.
• Maintain professional communication at all times.
• Follow up with interested customers as required.
• Update call status and feedback after each call.
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer concerns.
• Basic knowledge of call handling.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Willingness to learn.

Work Time

• Monday to Saturday.
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Fixed working hours.

Work Location

• Chennai.
