Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure all administrative activities run smoothly.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office needs.
- Support HR and Finance teams in handling employee attendance, leave records, and petty cash.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide general support to the management team and staff when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
