Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth office functioning.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure all administrative activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office needs.
  • Support HR and Finance teams in handling employee attendance, leave records, and petty cash.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide general support to the management team and staff when required.



Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
