Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end procurement for office interior and fit-out projects
  • Source and finalize vendors for materials like furniture, MEP items, finishes, and fixtures
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
  • Prepare and manage BOQs, purchase orders, and cost comparisons
  • Coordinate with design, QS, and project teams for timely material delivery
  • Ensure quality, cost control, and adherence to project timelines
  • Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships


  • Key Requirements:


  • 8–15 years of experience in procurement within office interiors / commercial fit-outs
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, vendors, and market pricing
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
