Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to handle field sales, client coordination, and on-site supervision for interior projects. The role involves meeting clients, converting leads, and ensuring smooth project execution at site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales

Meet potential clients at site / showroom / referrals

Understand client requirements and explain design & product solutions

Generate leads through field visits, architects, and contractors

Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed projects

Achieve monthly sales targets

2. Site Supervision

Visit project sites regularly and monitor progress

Coordinate with carpenters, vendors, and contractors

Ensure work is executed as per design and specifications

Check quality of materials and finishing

Track timelines and ensure on-time project completion

3. Client Coordination

Act as a single point of contact for clients during execution

Provide regular updates on project status

Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly

Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handover

4. Vendor & Team Coordination

Coordinate with factory, suppliers, and installation teams

Manage material delivery and site readiness

Ensure proper communication between design and execution teams

Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of interiors / modular kitchens / materials

Ability to manage multiple sites and clients

Problem-solving attitude

Time management and responsibility

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field (preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years in interior field sales or site supervision

Freshers with strong interest can also apply

Other Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler

Willing to travel across the city (Chennai)

Basic knowledge of drawings / measurements is a plus
