The Project Coordinator (Technical Operations) will be responsible for managing MS Fabricators and Installation Engineers, ensuring site readiness, coordinating execution activities, and delivering LED display projects within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
KRA: Task / Activities
1.Coordinate with MS Fabricators and Installation Engineers for project execution
2.Ensure site readiness before installation activities
3.Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
4.Manage daily operations and track project progress
5.Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, technical)
6.Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at project sites
7.Maintain documentation and reporting of project status T
8.roubleshoot on-site challenges and escalate when required
9.Handle client communication for updates and issue resolution
Required Skills:
Strong project coordination and execution skills
Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes
Good communication and team management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Basic technical understanding of electrical/LED systems
MS Excel & reporting skills
