Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Complete day-to-day operations of Dhaba 90s
• Staff handling – waiters, kitchen team, cleaning staff
• Daily sales, cash, UPI & billing control
• Guest handling & complaint resolution with politeness
• Maintain food quality, hygiene & discipline
• Stock checking & coordination with vendors
• Shift planning, duty roster & attendance control
• Ensure fast service during peak highway hours
• Follow owner instructions & SOPs strictly
Job Requirements
• Prior experience in dhaba or standalone restaurant is mandatory
• Strong leadership & staff control skills
• Honest, responsible & long-term working mindset
• Basic knowledge of billing, UPI & daily reporting
• Highway restaurant experience preferred
