Job Description

Experience:

* 2–5 Years of relevant accounting experience


Key Requirements:


* Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software

* Strong knowledge of GST Compliance

* TDS Calculation

* Billing & Invoicing Management

* Bank Reconciliation (daily / monthly)

* Managing Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Inventory / Stock Management

* Qualification: Graduate

* Accurate data entry for all invoices (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)

* Preparation & posting of Journal Vouchers, Debit Notes, Credit Notes

* Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Table, Reporting)


Additional Competencies:


* Strong analytical & accounting skills

* Good communication and documentation abilities

* Ability to handle workload independently

* Attention to detail, accuracy, time management & discipline
