Job Title: Administration Executive

Location: Rajokri, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 3 – 3.6 LPA


About the Role

Karara Mujassme is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Administration Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in quotation management, MIS reporting, office coordination, and administrative support across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Quotation Management & Team CoordinationPrepare accurate quotations for clients.
  • Coordinate with Sales and other departments to gather required details for quotation preparation.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all pricing documentation.


2. MIS & Data Management

  • Prepare, update, and maintain weekly MIS reports for multiple departments.
  • Create and manage meeting databases and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client data records accurately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.


3. Office Coordination,Operations & Supplies Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and well-organized environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth facility management.
  • Ensure office equipment, appliances, and facilities are in proper working condition.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders proactively.
  • Maintain workplace hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.


4. Communication & Administrative Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Ensure timely responses (within 24 hours) to emails, messages, and inquiries.
  • Track administrative expenses and assist in basic budget preparation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in office operations.
  • Support multiple departments with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Administration (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic calculation skills and understanding of numbers.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle responsibilities independently.
