Job Description

ob Title: Property Executive Retail Expansion

Role Summary:


Responsible for finding and finalizing rental properties for opening new MedPlus Pharmacy stores.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify suitable shop locations through brokers/property hunters

Visit and evaluate sites based on business needs

Negotiate rent and finalize property deals with owners

Coordinate for rental agreements and documentation

Work with internal teams for store opening

Requirements:

Any Degree

1–3 years experience in property/real estate/retail expansion (preferred)

Good negotiation and communication skills

Willing to travel locally
