Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in Non-IT hiring, especially in BFSI/NBFC and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of handling high-volume hiring, and delivering quality candidates within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles

Handle bulk hiring requirements (especially for BFSI/NBFC sector)

Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Apna, Shine, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures

Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/trackers

Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring

Required Skills:

Experience in Non-IT hiring (BFSI / NBFC / Sales hiring)

Strong exposure to bulk hiring

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period

Consultancy background is a plus

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
