Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, uttapam, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys).
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Prepare batters, spice mixes, and ingredients in advance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients.
• Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients.
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes if required.
