Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through strategic calling, professional referrals, and online platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Pre-Sales & Discovery: Conduct initial calls to understand client requirements and introduce BRILCS’s suite of IT solutions and software products.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct presentations or site visits to explain project details, technical capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Pipeline Management: Diligently follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel and achieve successful closures.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and coordinate the documentation required for onboarding and project initiation.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on IT market trends, emerging technologies (AI/Cloud), and competitor activities to maintain a consultative edge.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive firm-wide growth.


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication: Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional "calling profile" etiquette.
  • Sales Aptitude: A natural talent for persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Technical Interest: Ability to understand and explain IT service offerings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resilience: A high degree of persistence and the ability to handle the fast-paced nature of sales targets.
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
