Urgent Hiring

Job Description:We are looking for a Data Entry Executive who can handle billing entries, purchase entries, and basic TDS deduction work in the system.

  • Key Responsibilities:Enter sales and purchase bills into the system
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and transactions
  • Calculate and record TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
  • Verify bills and supporting documents before entry
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Coordinate with accounts team for discrepancies
  • Required Skills:Basic knowledge of Accounting & GST
  • Understanding of TDS deduction
  • Experience in data entry / billing work
  • Familiarity with Excel / Tally / accounting software
  • Good attention to detail
