Job Title: NOC Engineer – Project Implementation (Fiber Networks)

Location: Onsite NOC – PAN India (Relocation Required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to support fiber network project implementation and post-deployment stabilization. The role involves coordination with project, field, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment, testing, and handover of telecom networks. Experience with Remote Fiber Monitoring Systems (RFMS) is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to onsite NOC locations across India (PAN India) based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and commissioning of fiber network projects
• Assist with integration of network monitoring systems (RFMS exposure is a plus)
• Perform fiber testing, validation, and acceptance activities
• Support FAT/SAT, network readiness, and handover to operations
• Monitor newly deployed networks during early life support (ELS)
• Assist in fault analysis, and basic RCA
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal team
• Prepare implementation reports, test results, and as-built documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in NOC operations, telecom deployment, or network projects
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks and transmission technologies
• Familiarity with NMS/EMS tools and alarm monitoring
• Ability to interpret network and fiber diagrams
• Willingness to work onsite in NOC environments and relocate PAN India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to Remote Fiber Monitoring Systems (RFMS)
• Knowledge of OTDR, GPON, DWDM, Metro Ethernet, or FTTH networks
