Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven NSV Sales Executive with proven experience in selling commercial and residential real estate. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving Net Sales Value (NSV) targets, managing client relationships, and closing high-value property deals.
- Key Responsibilities:Drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly NSV targets.
- Handle end-to-end sales of residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience (commercial + residential mandatory).
- Strong understanding of NSV-driven sales models.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and HNI clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
