Job Description

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at site
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective & preventive actions
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
  • Monitor usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports
  • Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure safe work practices
  • Ensure safety compliance for contractors and workers
  • Maintain records like PTW (Permit to Work), JSA, HIRA
  • Assist in emergency preparedness and mock drills
