Position:Dog Boarding Manager
Location:Pooch Pet Resort
Work Hours:8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days:6 days a week
Experience Required:Minimum 2 years in pet care, kennel management, or related roles
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the boarding and daycare facility
* Manage staff schedules and ensure high standards of hygiene and care
* Supervise feeding, grooming, playtime, and boarding routines
* Coordinate with veterinarians and parents for health and wellness updates
* Maintain transparent communication and ensure every pet receives individualized attention
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong love and understanding of dogs
* Prior team management experience
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* A calm, compassionate approach under pressure
