Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee, AR Invoice to Cash Applications 

Responsibilities: 

• Advanced Invoice Management: Lead the preparation and distribution of complex insurance invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. 

• Cash Application Expertise: Manage the cash application process, ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of payments to maintain financial integrity. 

• Client Relationship Management: Handle complex client interactions to resolve billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction. 

• Reconciliations: Conduct detailed reconciliations of accounts receivable records with customer statements, addressing discrepancies promptly. 

• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare in-depth reports on invoice status, cash flow, and accounts receivable metrics, providing strategic insights for management decision-making. 

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements within the invoice-to-cash cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate 

• Relevant years of experience in AR Invoice to Cash Applications 

• Experience in working with SAP and AR tools would be added advantage 

• Experience in working with an insurance client is must 

Preferred Skill Set: 

• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures 

• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management 

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail 

• Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative 

• Strong time management skills 

• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
