Job Description
We are hiring HR Recruiters for an internal team-building role.
Your responsibility will NOT be direct hiring only —
you will build and manage a team of Work From Home recruiters and drive hiring through your team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire and onboard Work From Home (WFH) recruiters
- Add and manage recruiters in WhatsApp group
- Train them using provided scripts and system
- Assign daily tasks and targets
- Track their performance and activity
- Ensure team generates consistent joinings
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have own laptop
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to manage people and follow system
- Serious about performance-based work
