We are expanding our AI data capabilities to support 22 Indic languages and are looking for skilled language experts to contribute to large-scale AI training projects.

This role involves voice data collection, transcription, annotation, and evaluation, helping build high-quality datasets for advanced AI models.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🟢 1. Voice Data Collection & RecordingRecord high-quality voice samples in [Language]

• Follow scripts and guidelines for voice datasets
• Ensure clarity, pronunciation, and natural speaking style

🟢 2. Audio Evaluation (Voice Quality Check)Evaluate recorded audio for:

• Clarity
• Accent accuracy
• Background noise
• Provide ratings and feedback as per guidelines

🟢 3. Transcription (Complex Audio)Transcribe audio files (including noisy/real-world audio)

• Maintain high accuracy in:
• Language
• Grammar
• Context understanding

🟢 4. Data Annotation (Text / Audio / Video)Label and annotate datasets across:

• Audio
• Text
• Video (if required)
• Follow structured annotation guidelines

🟢 5. Simple Task Execution (Agent Platform Support)Perform simple tasks such as:

• Calling a phone number
• Following scripted instructions
• Help generate real-world interaction data

🟢 6. Quality Assurance (For Senior Roles / Auditors)Review and audit work done by annotators

• Ensure quality benchmarks are met
• Provide feedback and corrections

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native or fluent in [Language]
• Strong listening, speaking, and comprehension skills
