Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and manage qualified leads for property sales.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Manage the company’s website, landing pages, and lead funnels.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Manage social media presence and online reputation.
- Work with creative teams for ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe tools.
