Accountant

Industry: Pharmaceutical Distribution

Location: hyd

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records and transactions for our pharmaceutical distribution business. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, billing, and inventory-related accounting.

  • Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing
  • Monitor stock and inventory accounting
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in pharma distribution or retail
  • Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
  • Understanding of GST and taxation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Skills Required:Accounting & bookkeeping
  • GST filing and compliance
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Time management and multitasking
