We are expanding our product portfolio under our platform offerings and are looking for dynamic field sales professionals to drive growth in the Hyderabad market.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, presenting our IT products, and converting prospects into customers. The role involves direct engagement with business owners, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local market research
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Present CodeFacts IT Products (CRM, SaaS platforms, Mobile Apps, Custom Solutions)
- Understand client requirements and position suitable solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for demos and solution discussions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / IT Product Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers (Owners, Directors, CXOs)
- Basic understanding of IT products, SaaS, Mobile Apps, or Software Solutions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Familiarity with Hyderabad market and local business ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or Digital Solutions
- Existing network in Hyderabad business community (BNI, SMEs, startups, etc.)
- Experience in lead generation through field activities
