Role Summary

We’re hiring an ITSM Data & Process Governance Analyst to join our IT Service Management Process Governance team! You’ll help keep core ITSM practices running smoothly across Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Configuration Management, supporting larger IT operations.

This role is a great fit for early-career professionals (around ~1 year experience is typical, but not a limit) who want to learn, grow, and build real expertise in IT process governance and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do!)

• Run and support governance activities and process enablement across IT.
• Facilitate and support ITSM processes including Knowledge, Service Request, Incident, Change, Problem, and Operational Change Management (help teams follow the flow, keep standards consistent, and reduce churn).
• Build and improve dashboards and reports to track operational performance and compliance (ServiceNow / Power BI / Excel).
• Analyze trends across incidents, changes, problems, and service operations to highlight what’s working, what’s breaking, and what needs attention.
• Support process owners by providing data, insights, and practical recommendations to improve quality and adoption.
• Support service mapping and CMDB governance initiatives to strengthen service visibility and data reliability.
• Maintain process documentation and governance artifacts so teams can follow the latest standards with confidence.
• Drive workflow automation and process streamlining — reduce manual steps, remove friction, and improve turnaround times.
• Partner with IT teams to improve adoption through clear guidance, follow-ups, and simple enablement materials.

Required Skills (What you’ll bring)

• Working knowledge of ITSM basics (ITIL preferred).
• Strong analytical ability: you can read data, spot patterns, and explain what it means.
• Experience with reporting/analysis tools such as ServiceNow reports, Power BI, Excel analytics, etc.
• Ability to turn data into action: clear findings, clear next steps, clear communication.
• Solid writing and documentation skills (people should be able to follow what you write!).
