Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible candidate to manage daily operations, handle customers, onboard workshops, and ensure timely payment collection.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on-ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with garages and mechanics for smooth operations
  • Track vehicle service status and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints
  • Provide service updates and build customer trust
  • Visit colleges/workshops for onboarding and presentations
  • Follow up and collect pending payments
  • Maintain basic records and reports

Skills Required:

  • Good communication (Telugu, Hindi, basic English)
  • Confidence in handling customers
  • Ability to solve problems quickly
  • Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage
  • Willingness to travel locally

Eligibility:

Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred) or Diploma holders in relevant fields.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong attitude and willingness to learn are welcome)
