Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Teach basic skills like alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes
Encourage social, emotional, and physical development
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
Use creative teaching methods (stories, songs, games, activities)
Monitor and record children’s progress and behavior
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
Organize classroom materials and learning resources
Support children in developing good habits and discipline
Required Skills:
Patience and love for working with young children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching
Basic classroom management skills
Ability to handle children with care and empathy
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Montessori or play-way teaching methods
Basic computer skills
First aid knowledge (added advantage)
