Job Description
Inside Sales Executive – Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Location: Isnapur, Hyderabad
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or site visits
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with the field sales team for closures
- Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Preferred Skills:Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
