Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for a Sales Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain records of calls and sales in the system
- Follow up with interested customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional Language)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in tele calling or sales is an added advantage
